Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a Consultation up to 72 hours (3 business days) before the scheduled time of the Consultation for a full refund.
If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 72 hours (3 business days) before your Consultation, you will be charged in full and no refund will be given.
Please note, clients are allowed one cancellation or one reschedule per each completed consultation.
Any cancellations and/or reschedules beyond that will be charged in full.
